This item started black, we discharged color with a safe-for-fabric solution (NOT bleach) then ice dyed with our typical methods.

Fabric content: 95% organic cotton 5% lycra

The organic freedom skirt/dress is made from a blend of organic cotton and lycra. Cut on the bias the skirts wide bottom gives infinite freedom of movement.
